Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Per state law, you are only responsible for any damages, which would be condition changes above normal wear and tear on the unit. Our pre-move out checklist can help you identify items that may cost extra if not repaired at the time of your move out. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can use the “apply now” feature on the website, or scan the QR code on the property sign or flyer. -
How do I pay rent?
The most efficient way to pay rent is online through our resident portal. There you will be able to review your account balance, set up automatic payments, and know that your secure transaction will be processed on time every month. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
